    Sifu Francis Fong is truly one of the best and runs an excellent academy. There are a myriad of martial arts to study and all are expertly instructed and blended throughout the school. The staff creates both a positive as well as safe environment for students of all ages to come together and train. This school is part of a well connected network of legendary martial artists and plays host to some of the greats through multiple seminars occurring each year. I would highly recommend this school!
