  I came with a friend to check it out. I was very nervous wanting to back out! When I arrived I got a tour & the staff a long with the people that was taking the class was very friendly so it put me at ease. After feeling proud that I made it through the whole class, I saw I had burned a little more than a 1000 calories just from that class. I was so excited I signed up immediately the next day. Today makes 1 week and I've attended 5 classes so far! I absolutely love it! I would recommend this class to anyone who's looking for a challenge and wants to see big results!
