  Their Taro milk tea was tasty and their bubbles are nice and chewy (kinda small though). The inside is really clean and small. The seats they have outside are really cute. Their cups are also unique. Their drinks seem higher quality than other bubble tea places with less powder, which makes it understandable that it takes a little longer to make.
  
  But my biggest problem with this place is that they can't process phone orders when they're busy. A lot of times I don't have time (and other customers don't have time) to wait 20 minutes for them to make my drink , so I tried to order ahead of time over the phone. But they wouldn't take even one drink order. I don't think I can come here weekly like I had planned because I don't have time to wait that long. I hope you guys set up a system to make phone or online orders easier to process.
  
  I like this place but it's hard to be a customer because of the ordering issues and time limits. Please do something! I would love to order here more often!
